Reed Machinery Ltd are pleased to announce that we have completed the dismantling of a 3150MT (10 inch) SMS extrusion press Ex UK works which will be re-installed in Thailand at the new Ayuthaya works of Schimmer Standard Metals.  This will be Schimmer's largest press  and is the 14th press to be installed at their 2 factory locations.
The press,  associated handling, billet heating etc is expected to be in full production in 3 months. 

This is the 3rd used press to be supplied by Reed to Thailand in recent years.

We are pleased to announce than in collaboration with others, a 2500MT Aluminium Press is being supplied to a start up company in Syria .  It is anticipated that a 7" press line will be procured in the near future to add to he 2500MT line
